It's the New Year of 2023 and we can all change a few simple eating habits for a healthier year. I love to commit to one or two small dietary changes for a lasting improvement in my health. This year I am focusing on creating recipes that are refined sugar free and will meal prep wholesome breakfasts. All the recipes shared here are dairy free and can be made with natural sweeteners like coconut sugar, honey or maple syrup.
I'm baking, cooking, jumping and singing my way through life. I have a wonderful husband and an exuberant stepson, that I enjoy cooking and baking for.
