Chocolate Coconut Creamer
If you love coffee, than why not make this chocolate coconut creamer recipe as your next creamer? It’s dairy free and homemade so you know exactly what is in it. I like coffee creamers that have less and more natural ingredients in them. That way I know what I am consuming. Which is why I like to make all sorts of creamers and drinks right at home!

Storage

To store, simply pour it into a glass jar and keep in the refridgerator. I try to use it within 5 days so that it stays fresh. However I have used it after being in the fridge for a week and it was still good.
Uses for your creamer

I like to use mine in my daily coffee. It makes for a quick and simple cup of chocolate flavored coffee. Depending on how much creamer you add and the strength of your coffee, it tastes like homemade mocha. With stronger coffee and more chocolate coconut creamer you can easily make a homemade mocha. the cocoa powder will seperate a little bit if you let your coffee sit fora while before drinking it. So make sure to stir it back up to keep the chocolate flavor strong.
Another way I like to use it, is in my homemade frappucinos. It gives a very light chocolate flavor. And it adds a nice creamy richness along with a light sweetness to them.
Recipes like this make me wish I liked the taste of coffee. This looks so silky smooth and creamy!
Thank-you! Well I would say try it in your tea lattes if you make those 🙂.
Heck yes I live for coffee, this recipe is so simple to follow and has easy to find ingredients. I love this coffee creamer. And the thought that we know exactly what goes into it. Versus the store bought one that probably has tears of a unicorn and we don’t even know.
Thank-you!
Yes I’m always worried what I’m consuming in the store bought creamers. Ha ha the tears of unicorns.
I never use coffee creamer because I’m afraid of the ingredients but I do miss the taste. I’m so glad I’ve stumbled upon this because the ingredients look good and I bet it tastes amazing! Thanks for the tip to store upside down, too. I can’t wait to try this coffee creamer!
Thank-you! I am picky with my creamers as well. Homemade is definitely the safest option for knowing your ingredients :).
I loved making this chocolate coconut creamer! It’s so much healthier than store bought and even more flavorful!
